A$AP Rocky was scheduled to perform at a music festival on the York University campus in Toronto Canada but has been dropped from the lineup.
The student federation curved him after he was charged with criminal battery for allegedly slapping a fan in Philadelphia!

Rapper A$AP Rocky won’t be getting wild for the night at a music festival in Canada — the event organizers just canned the rapper over his alleged fan-slapping ways.
TMZ broke the story — A$AP was charged with criminal battery last week for allegedly slapping a fan during a Philadelphia concert … and the victim wants his ass punished in court.
AR was scheduled to perform at York University next Wednesday in Toronto — but the school’s student federation has now pulled the plug saying, “the event cannot proceed until this matter is resolved.”
The organizers added … their decision to boot A$AP does NOT mean they think he’s guilty of getting slaphappy.
The alleged victim Lisa Wade called in to TMZ Live last week — and said the slapping was no accident.

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA – ASAP Rocky has been charged with assault for allegedly slapping a female fan at the Made In America festival.
Earlier this summer, some footage surfaced which seemingly depicted ASAP Rocky slapping a female fan at a show in Australia.
Today, an assault charge was filed against Rocky– for an unrelated, but very similar incident.
The accusations come from a young mother in Philadelphia, who attended the Made In America festival this weekend.
According to the woman, Rocky was making his way through the crowd during his performance, but was stopped when a few fans began to pull on his shirt.
Apparently the rapper then turned around and slapped the victim in the face– again, very much resembling the footage from July.
The girl says that she suffered whiplash from the strike, and upon reviewing the case, the D.A. has charged Rocky with misdemeanor simple assault.
The rapper has yet to comment on the charges.
Seems ever since A$AP Rocky went to Germany and fans refused to return his special hat during a concert enraging him to the point of cutting the show short all bets are off with regards to fans!

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – A video has surfaced which seems to depict Rocky slapping a female fan after she blows him a kiss.
A$AP Rocky was arrested on an assault charge last year, but has recently been keeping himself out of trouble.
A new video that has surfaced however, is sparking controversy once again.
Footage taken from a concert A$AP performed at last Friday in Australia seems to depict the rapper slapping a female fan.
The video in question shows Rocky interacting with fans in the crowd, as they attempt to grab at him.
Everything seems to be under control until a female fan is shown reaching down towards Rocky and blowing him a kiss.
We then see a hand which appears to be the rapper’s slap the woman, and point at her as she reacts to being hit.
This would not be the first time Rocky’s temper has gotten the better of him at a show, leaving halfway through a performance in germany after his hat was taken.
Is it clearly Rocky who struck the fan?
In July 2012 A$AP Rocky was taken into police custody in downtown Manhattan, New York after allegedly assaulting two men who were taking pictures of him.

From TMZ, Rocky – real name Rakim Meyers – was downtown Manhattan and had gotten into a loud verbal dispute with someone.
Two passersby recognized the A$AP Mob member and starting snapping pictures.
This angered Rocky and his friend, and then a fight broke out.
The two victims suffered cuts and bruises with one needing treatment in the hospital.
Responding police officers arrested the rapper on the scene, and according to a law enforcement source, Rocky will be booked for attempted robbery.
No news at this point as to what he is accused of trying to steal from the two men.
